In OpenBoxes you can select and add Producttypes. Can you give me an example of the use of the ‘product type’ option?
I just realized that Product Type already does what you requested (supports hiding/showing certain fields)
Create a new product type
Create a new product and select new product type
Save product details
This features allows you to set up configuration for products created under that product type
- Assign a different identifier format (i.e. different prefix, sequential vs random identifiers)
- Enable / disable certain fields
- Make certain fields required / optional
Ah yes I figured that out. Is there a option to enable/disable attributes per Product Type?
No but that would be a good feature request.
