Error Create Inbound Movement

Good morning

When importing a template in an incoming movement I get an internal error.In the template I have included the product code, name and quantities.
I have checked the catalina.out but I can’t find the reason of the problem. Please could you help me, telling me why this error occurs.
I have installed on Ubuntu 18.

Thanks!

Hey @MargyS Thanks for the bug report. Can you upload the CSV to this thread?

Hello

Thanks for answering, I attach the pdf of the csv. Because it does not allow me to load the csv.

Thanks

ItemList-920AVT.pdf (66.9 KB)

@MargyS I don’t see any obvious issues. I just added CSV to our list of accepted file types. Can you try to upload again? And if that doesn’t work, send the file to support@openboxes.com.

I had a similar problem but that was how the CSV was build up. Are the columns separated by a comma?

Hello David!
The document is saved as a csv, physically I visualize it like this.

Hello @jmiranda

I have tried it but I still see the same error, I will send you the information to email.

Thank you very much for your help.

So this is definitely a delimiter issue as the file is saved using a semicolon as the delimiter.

Here’s the actual contents of the file

Requisition item id;Product code (required);Product name;Pack level 1;Pack level 2;Lot number;Expiration date (MM/dd/yyyy);Quantity (required);Recipient id
;9FK066-046 ; 300GB 10000RPM SAS 6.0GBs 2.5-inch Hard Drive;;;6SE3ZEJ7;;1;
;9FK066-046; 300GB 10000RPM SAS 6.0GBs 2.5-inch Hard Drive;;;6SE2G09D;;1;
;9FK066-046; 300GB 10000RPM SAS 6.0GBs 2.5-inch Hard Drive;;;6SE0R0B8;;1;
;9TF066-004;10K.5 450GB 10000RPM SAS 6Gbps 64MB Cache 2.5-inch Hard Drive Savio ;;;6XQ1JYEG;;1;
;9TF066-004;10K.5 450GB 10000RPM SAS 6Gbps 64MB Cache 2.5-inch Hard Drive Savio ;;;6XQ1JX4N;;1;
;9TF066-004;10K.5 450GB 10000RPM SAS 6Gbps 64MB Cache 2.5-inch Hard Drive Savio ;;;6XQ1JY4X;;1;

If I choose “semicolon” as the delimiter the data is parsed correctly.

If I choose “comma” as the delimiter data is not parsed correctly.

Hello @jmiranda

Thank you very much, that was the problem. I have already made the changes and they worked correctly. Thank you very much for your help.

I also have a question that is not related to the topic at hand, but I want to know if you can help me, is it possible to print the serial labels for each of the products in the inventory?

Thank you very much for your help.

Sorry forgot to respond to this one. Yes you can print barcode labels. Search the discussion board to see how it works and then let me know if you have any questions.

Hello @jmiranda
Thank you very much
Have a nice day.
